The Elise Cup R was produced for one year only and is a race prepared model from Lotus. Standard equipment includes FIA-compliant roll cage, FIA compliant fire suppression, electronic battery isolator, upgraded radiator, quick release steering wheel, HANS-compliant driver seat with six-point harness, front and rear tow hooks, and full aerodynamic package which includes a front splitter, side barge boards, rear wing, and rear diffuser. Factory installed options include air conditioning and a passenger seat with four-point harness.
