Vehicle Details
This 1970 Chevrolet Nova is finished in blue over black and powered by a 402ci V8 paired with a three-speed B&M
TH400 automatic transmission and a 10-bolt rear axle with a 4.11:1 Positraction differential. Features include
tubular front control arms, rear coilovers, CalTracs traction bars, power front disc brakes, 15″ Jegs wheels, MSD
electronic ignition, aluminum cylinder heads, a Holley Dominator four-barrel carburetor, and a B&M shifter. The car
was acquired by the owner in 2018 and subsequent work is said to have consisted of refinishing the body, engine and
transmission installation, suspension modifications, interior refurbishment, and replacing exterior trim. This Nova
is offered by the seller on behalf of the owner in Florida with a bonded Texas title. The car is said to have been
refinished in blue during current ownership. Features include a cowl hood, blacked-out grille, side fender vents,
chrome trim, and bumpers. The seller notes that the body was stripped before refinishing and paint blemishes are
shown in the gallery. The 15″ Jegs SSR Spike wheels are mounted with 266″ Mickey Thompson Sportsman S/R up
front and 255/60 Mickey Thompson ET Street R tires out back. Equipment includes unassisted steering, tubular front
control arms, CalTracs traction bars, and rear coilovers. Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and rear
drums. The 402ci V8 is said to have been built and installed by Eightball Motorsports and features a .030″
overbore, steel crankshaft, forged pistons, aluminum cylinder heads, and a Holley Dominator carburetor. Power is
sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed B&M TH400 automatic transmission and a 10-bolt rear axle with a
4.11:1 Positraction differential.
